Switchboard
Every customer email answered fast, and every word approved by your team.
Switchboard puts your customer email in one inbox and writes each reply for you, using your own policies. A person approves it before it sends. When the AI has proven itself on a kind of email, you decide whether it may answer that kind on its own.
1
Email lands in one inbox
Your support address forwards to Switchboard. Replies, follow-ups and photos stay on one conversation per customer.
2
The reply is already written
Each ticket opens with a draft in your voice, from your instructions and knowledge sheet, sorted by the kind of email it is.
3
A person approves it
Your team sends it as drafted or edits it first. Nothing goes out until someone clicks Approved or Modified.
Trust is earned per kind of email
Switchboard records every reply: the draft, what your team sent, and what changed. You see, for each kind of email (where is my order, missing pieces, returns), how often the draft went out untouched. Automatic sending stays off until you decide a kind of email has earned it.
Your voice, your rules
Drafts follow your policies and never promise a refund or credit your rules don't allow.
Safe by default
Replies carrying a card number or a password are stopped before they send.
Your own sending
Mail goes out from your own domain and email account, never a shared one.
Calls logged and summarized
Every call is filed on the customer record with a short summary of what was said.
Website form intake
Your contact form opens a ticket with its draft already written, no inbox forwarding needed.
Google review replies
New Google reviews arrive with a reply drafted in your voice, posted only when a person approves it.
Reports
See how often drafts went out untouched, by kind of email, so you know what has earned more trust.
Website chat
One line on your site adds a chat that answers from your rules. Anything it can't settle becomes a ticket a person approves.
Built inside a working store
Switchboard was built for Puzzle Warehouse's own customer service and is now opening to other stores. Access is by invitation while the first stores come on.
